Setting up a template

Setting up a template is the same as setting up a document. 

However, you will notice that there is no name, email and mobile number field available. The "Role" field is only available. You can assign the fields on the document to a role instead of a specific person. You can have multiple "roles".

This allows you to set up the document completely only once and add signers details when you create a document from the template. 

Click [USE TEMPLATE] once you have completed setup. This then creates a document to send from the template, and saves it in document list and allows you to add contact details of the signer/s.
